"CONTINUING" The work of God to bring about a world of beauty and life began in the heart of God even before creation. We do not work in our wisdom and strength, but offer ourselves to the flow of God's Spirit. 

"THE FLOW" The water in the logo images the work of God's kingdom flowing from the moment of creation, then bursts forth from the death and resurrection of Christ. We are in the river of the saints of Scripture and history, the growing and welcoming family of God. 

"OF JESUS" We are Jesus people. We point to him, the Son of God, Savior, Redeemer, the Resurrected and exalted Lord of all, the greatest example to follow, love and proclaim. To anyone who wonders what God is like, we say, "look at Jesus." 

"TRANSFORMING" We are significantly changed by Christ. We receive and grow in forgiveness and cleansing from sin and addictions. We inherit a new identity and destiny, receive new priorities and values, and develop new affections and ways of thinking. 

"LOVE" It is not rules. It is not religion. What melts our hearts and brings us to our knees is beholding the phenomenal love of God, demonstrated in the words and actions of Christ. It is a love big enough for the whole world. It is a love small enough to save me. It is love flowing like a river that makes us say, "I'm diving in." 

The people of New Life Community joyfully and energetically say that we are continuing the flow of Jesus' transforming love.
